- tripool不僅全台島內任何車輛到的了的地方都有提供服務，不論白天、晚上、深夜、清晨均有服務，只要乘車前一日傍晚五點以前下訂預約，旅步就敢保證出車。
- tripool除了共乘拼車服務外，也有包車到府接送服務，預約時都依照乘客需求做選擇。如需專車接送，車內除了司機以外，從上車到下車期間，都不會再有其他陌生人出現。如選擇共乘服務，則會依照其他共乘乘客做彈性調度安排，路線上會盡可能以順路為優先，載客數也不會超過座位的上限。
- 當某些特定路段塞車情況嚴重時，為了維持交通秩序和道路安全，政府會實施高乘載管制，限制只有符合以下四種車輛可以通行：(一) 乘載3人(含駕駛和小孩)以上的小型車，(二) 大型客車，(三) 計程車，(四) 駕駛或乘客持有身心障礙證明、記者證或「高速公路高乘載管制」通行證之小型車。如果您的出行路線會經過高乘載管制時段和路段，建議最好配合至少兩名以上乘客。
