琉球 private Transfer FAQs
- 為了乘客未來可能的訂單修改或取消，每筆訂單只含一趟車的資訊，所以如果需要來回叫車，請分兩筆訂單預定。至於價格已經市場最優惠，並無特別針對來回車趟做額外折扣，但如果手上有優惠代碼，歡迎直接使用，不限單程或來回。
- 旅步的車資採固定費率與計程車需依行駛距離計費、且遇塞車、停紅燈時等低速行駛時還需額外加價不同，旅步費用比計程車低，且能讓您更能輕鬆掌握交通開支。
- 只要完成預約並付款完成，訂單就成立，tripool也保證派車。在出發前一天晚上八點時，會透過電子郵件與簡訊提供司機的姓名、電話、車牌、車型等資訊，如在約定好的時間與上車地點沒有看到司機，可主動電話聯繫，可能原本約定的地點不適合暫停而改停靠在附近的位置。但如果遇到車輛故障或者前一趟車嚴重耽誤，tripool會盡快改派以減少乘客等待的時間。
- tripool提供的車型以五人座小轎車、休旅車與九人座箱型車為主，車款品牌以豐田Toyota、福特Ford、福斯VW為主，其中也有少量進口車像凌志Lexus、特斯拉Tesla、賓士Benz等高級車款。全部五年內合法營業用車，百分百無菸車，乘客均有最高500萬乘客險。如果有特殊需求或人數較多，需要大T保母車、20人座中巴、40人座大巴或遊覽車，可特別填單並另外報價。
- 在Line群組或Facebook社團裡，有司機標榜能提供乘坐9人以上之廂型車，其實屬違法。在現行法律下，營業小客車最多座位數量就是9人，如扣掉司機就只能乘坐8位乘客，如果要10人以上就是營業大客車的範疇，也就是中型巴士或大型遊覽車。非法改裝的車輛，不僅與車輛行照不符，連司機的駕照都會不符。在路上被警察盤查請下車終止行程事小，如果發生意外，保險公司可不予賠償就事大了。千萬別為了省小錢而把朋友親人的安全給賭上。通常人數沒有超過10位，建議預約一台九人座與一台小轎車比較划算，如人數超過12位就一定是叫一台中巴比較方便。但也有例外，比方說有些山區或路段是禁止大客車通行的，建議在預定時最好先與車行或平台確認。
- 為了讓旅步貴賓能夠享有更多取消訂單的彈性，我們提供用車前一天凌晨六點前取消訂單的服務。所以我們會在用車前一天才開始安排車輛，並於用車前一天晚上8點提供服務司機和車輛資訊。如果您有特殊的用車需求，可事先將您的需求寄至旅步的客服信箱：booking@tripool.app，將有專人協助回覆確認是否能協助安排。」
- 抱歉！目前旅步只支援線上刷卡及AFTEE先享後付等兩種付款方式，其他付款方式目前暫時不支援。
- 抱歉！一旦訂單成立後，付款方式是無法更改的。但您可以在用車前一天凌晨六點前填寫取消訂單申請表，取消該訂單後再以其他付款方式重新預約行程即可。
