- 不管是從琉球前往古坑或是全台灣任何地方，只要是長途交通且途中遵守台灣法律，無論是清明掃墓、包車旅遊、參加喜宴/喪禮、就醫回診、登山露營、學生搬家、投票返鄉、商務出差、貴賓來訪、寵物檢疫、預約叫車、機場接送、定期洗腎、包月上下班，或者任何跨縣市接送的需求，tripool都能滿足你。乘車前一天下午五點以前完成預約，隔天保證出車。如需公司報帳打統編，在結帳時可以受理，並於乘車後一週內寄出電子收據。
- 台灣法律有規定，無論年紀大小，所有乘客乘車時均需繫好安全帶，如四歲以下或身高不足的幼童無法正常綁安全帶，則需使用嬰兒/兒童座椅或輔以增高墊。如有幼童同行，在預訂tripool的寶貝車時，可以直接在網站勾選租用適合1~4歲的兒童汽車座椅或4歲以上的增高墊，如有新生兒需要0~1歲的嬰兒後向汽座，可先向客服人員確認庫存再行租用，每個300元。當然，更鼓勵父母自行攜帶汽車座椅，不僅家中小寶貝坐的舒適習慣。
- tripool除了共乘拼車服務外，也有包車到府接送服務，預約時都依照乘客需求做選擇。如需專車接送，車內除了司機以外，從上車到下車期間，都不會再有其他陌生人出現。如選擇共乘服務，則會依照其他共乘乘客做彈性調度安排，路線上會盡可能以順路為優先，載客數也不會超過座位的上限。
- 包車：能提供客製化的交通方式，您可以自由安排行程上、下車，不需與旅客共乘。但通常需要提前預約。 客運：最經濟實惠的交通方式，通常有固定的路線和時間表。不必擔心自己開車的安全風險。但是客運的班次和行車路線可能不太頻繁。 計程車：可以隨叫隨到，並且不必擔心停車位的問題。但是，計程車的費用相對較高，車輛選擇不如包車多，且大都屬短程接駁為主。
