- tripool提供的車型以五人座小轎車、休旅車與九人座箱型車為主，車款品牌以豐田Toyota、福特Ford、福斯VW為主，其中也有少量進口車像凌志Lexus、特斯拉Tesla、賓士Benz等高級車款。全部五年內合法營業用車，百分百無菸車，乘客均有最高500萬乘客險。如果有特殊需求或人數較多，需要大T保母車、20人座中巴、40人座大巴或遊覽車，可特別填單並另外報價。
- 旅步有提供小轎車、休旅車、九人座供您選擇，若您有指定車款服務的需求，可以先將您的需先提供旅步，會有專人回覆您。
- 旅步的車資採固定費率與計程車需依行駛距離計費、且遇塞車、停紅燈時等低速行駛時還需額外加價不同，旅步費用比計程車低，且能讓您更能輕鬆掌握交通開支。
- 可以的，tripool 旅步提供「寵物友善車」服務，只要在預定時特別勾選，是可以讓置入提籠或提袋內的中小型寵物同行。且為了行程安全，請勿將寵物抱出來或置於座椅上，以確保行程順利進行。
- 計時包車和點到點包車都是包車服務的形式，但有一些不同之處： 計時包車：計時包車是按照用車時間來計費，通常以每小時為單位，客戶可以根據自己的需要預定一定時間的包車服務。這種服務適用於需要在城市內多個地點間來回穿梭的客戶，例如市區觀光、商務差旅等。 點到點包車：點到點包車是按照里程和目的地來計費，客戶可以預先告知出發地點A到目的地B，會根據路線和里程來計算費用。這種服務通常適用於單程或從一個城市到另一個城市的長途包車。

- 當您使用 tripool 旅步乘車日期當天，若發生以下 3 項原因，司機有權拒絕服務： 1) 當日搭車人數或行李超過訂購時填寫的數量。請務必確實填寫當日實際攜帶的行李及乘坐的總人數，包含成人及兒童／嬰幼兒。 2) 孩童同行，卻無自備或加購兒童座椅。提醒您，為了保護孩童的安全，依道路交通安全規則規定，四歲以下的孩童必須乘坐兒童座椅。 3) 搭乘寵物友善專車卻沒有裝籠。避免影響行車安全，請您務將寵物置入提籠或提袋內。
