- 當然不是真的！目前在旅步的官網刷卡是不會被收取「海外交易手續費」的，請放心使用！
- 旅步提供來回訂單95折優惠碼，使用期限為24小時。只要在期限內完成去程訂購，並在結帳時輸入該折扣碼，即可直接折扣抵扣訂單費用。
- 旅步所使用的是符合政府法規的租賃車，車牌以白底黑字的「R」開頭，受車隊嚴格管理及審核後才可入隊，成為旅步貴賓服務用車。與一些私家車充當營業用車違法接載的「白牌車」不同。旅步所使用的車輛合法且符合相關法規。
- 只要完成預約並付款完成，訂單就成立，tripool也保證派車。在出發前一天晚上八點時，會透過電子郵件與簡訊提供司機的姓名、電話、車牌、車型等資訊，如在約定好的時間與上車地點沒有看到司機，可主動電話聯繫，可能原本約定的地點不適合暫停而改停靠在附近的位置。但如果遇到車輛故障或者前一趟車嚴重耽誤，tripool會盡快改派以減少乘客等待的時間。
