- 旅步所使用的是符合政府法規的租賃車，車牌以白底黑字的「R」開頭，受車隊嚴格管理及審核後才可入隊，成為旅步貴賓服務用車。與一些私家車充當營業用車違法接載的「白牌車」不同。旅步所使用的車輛合法且符合相關法規。
- tripool提供到府專車接送服務，不論在台灣本島哪個角落，只要有路能到、Google地圖上能標註、GPS上能找得到，我們就保證發車。直接在官網上輸入住家地址、辦公大樓、飯店民宿、各地車站、機場航廈、甚至風景區，我們司機都會依照訂單上的資訊依約接送。
- 抱歉！目前旅步只支援線上刷卡及AFTEE先享後付等兩種付款方式，其他付款方式目前暫時不支援。
- 您可以透過官網的文字客服或回覆訂單確認信，告知您想要更改的資訊。只要在用車前一天凌晨六點前完成更改申請，就無需再支付任何行政費用。
- 如要預約從尖石前往蘭嶼的專車接送服務，可直接線上輸入上下車地點或地址，三秒內即可查到真實價格，照著步驟填寫完乘客資料與線上刷卡，訂單即成立。在拿到訂單編號後，隨即會在手機上收到簡訊以及電子郵件確認信，如此就完成預約了，而司機與車輛的詳細資料，將於乘車前一晚八點透過SMS和EMAIL提供。一旦付款完畢，tripool保證出車。一般建議出發前一天中午以前完成預約，越早下訂價格越低價，如臨時需要，前一天傍晚五點前仍會收單，最遲如當天下午過後乘車，四小時前仍能預約。
- 可以的，tripool 旅步提供「寵物友善車」服務，只要在預定時特別勾選，是可以讓置入提籠或提袋內的中小型寵物同行。且為了行程安全，請勿將寵物抱出來或置於座椅上，以確保行程順利進行。
- 旅步有提供小轎車、休旅車、九人座供您選擇，若您有指定車款服務的需求，可以先將您的需先提供旅步，會有專人回覆您。
- 可以的！tripool 旅步全年無休並提供深夜接送服務。
