Although there are 35% off deals on HSR official website, either the amounts are very limited, or the schedules are pretty bad. Generally, HSR tickets are sufficient, but we always recommend making reservations earlier, especially during peak seasons like Christmas and New Year. • What are included in the service fee? Is there any extra charge or hidden fee?
  The quote on the website and the app already include the car rental fee, driver's fare, cost of gasoline, toll fee, insurance, and tips. Passengers don't have to pay for the driver's meals and accommodation fees. There is no other hidden fee. What passengers see on the website is the actual price.
• Does Tripool offer private car or ride-sharing taxi service from Lihpao Resort to Banqiao Station?

• What is the best way to travel from Taichung to New Taipei? Taking an HSR (High Speed Railway) train first and then hailing a taxi? Or all the way from your doorstep to the destination with Tripool?

Worst of all, you have to transit multiple times.！Assuming from Taichung Houli District to the nearest HSR station to Taichung, taking a yellow taxi may take around 35 minutes and cost around NT$855. After reaching the HSR station, it takes another 20 minutes to walk into the station, queue for tickets purchasing, and spare some buffer time for waiting for the train arrival. Each of you spends NT$670 and 50 minutes on the train to Banqiao HSR station. It takes around 15 minutes to walk out of the station and wait for a yellow taxi. Then, you will reach your destination, New Taipei Banqiao District, in 10 minutes for NT$185. If you are a group of three, the whole journey, including transitting time, is around 130 minutes, and each person spends around NT$ 1020. But suppose the plan is changed to use Tripool private car service from your doorstep. In this case, the average cost is around NT$613, and the travel time is 90 minutes without worrying about carrying luggage up and down. If there are more people in your group, the average price is lower.
• Do Tripool and the drivers provide legal car-hiring services in Taichung and New Taipei?
