  • Bangkok traffic is notoriously heavy — how should I estimate my departure transfer time?
    Traffic conditions in Thailand can be unpredictable, so tripool recommends scheduling your pickup at least 4 hours — or even earlier — before your flight to avoid getting stuck in heavy traffic.
  • What should I do if my flight is delayed?
    Considering that flights can sometimes face unpredictable situations, we recommend providing detailed flight information at the time of booking and selecting a generous pickup time to leave buffer for possible delays, ensuring a smooth transfer. If your flight is delayed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to help adjust your itinerary. Please understand that, due to our tightly scheduled service arrangements, a major flight delay that prevents you from arriving by the scheduled time may affect subsequent transfers. In that case, we may need to cancel the original order and help you reschedule a more suitable pickup time. For any additional costs or losses caused by the delay, we recommend contacting your airline directly. tripool will make every effort within our ability to provide convenience and assistance.
  • How do I meet my driver?
    After collecting your luggage, please refer to the pickup guide we send the day before your trip and look for our greeter holding a sign in the arrivals hall — they will guide you to your driver.
  • How do I book or cancel an order?
    You can book online through this site, with reservations available up to 72 hours before your trip. To cancel, please do so before 18:00 (GMT+8) three days prior to your trip for a free cancellation and full refund, processed within 7–14 business days. Cancellations after this deadline are non-refundable, so please plan your trip carefully.
