    The day before your trip, our customer service team will contact you with a pickup guide. Simply follow the instructions to the designated meeting point and look for our greeter holding a sign — they will coordinate with your driver, so language barriers are not a concern.

    You can book through tripool's official website, with reservations available up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup time. To cancel, please do so before 18:00 (GMT+8) three days prior to your trip — cancellations made by this deadline are eligible for a full refund, processed within 7–14 business days. Cancellations after this deadline are non-refundable, so please plan your trip carefully.
