All passengers will receive an official receipt via email within a week after a ride. For company use, please insert the company's title and tax ID on the payment page.

We guarantee that there is a driver assigned to each reservation. One day before the ride, Tripool will send out an SMS and an email to provide the driver's details, including name, phone number, car plate number, and vehicle model at 8 pm. If you don't see our driver at the pick-up location at the time, you are welcome to contact the driver directly. The pick-up location may not be suitable for parking and the driver is somewhere nearby. If there is a serious traffic jam or some other incident delaying the schedule, we will try our best to rearrange another driver to minimize the passenger's waiting time.

For a round trip, it's welcome to make two separate reservations on the website. The price is already the best in the market, and there is no further discount for now.
