Last-minute bookings are accepted up to 2 hours before departure. However, prices tend to rise closer to the pickup time. To secure the best rates, we highly recommend booking through our official website or App at least 2 weeks in advance.

Since customs clearance, luggage retrieval, and currency exchange take time, we recommend setting your pickup time to 1 hour after your flight lands. For example, if your flight arrives at 10:00 AM, an 11:00 AM pickup is ideal.

Yes. All tripool vehicles are government-licensed commercial vehicles. They are fully covered by compulsory liability insurance, third-party liability insurance, and passenger bodily injury insurance, with coverage up to NT$3 million per passenger (actual coverage may vary by vehicle type or service plan).

Our drivers primarily speak Mandarin. However, our App features an instant translation tool in the chat (supporting English ↔ Traditional Chinese). You can type in your native language, and it will be translated automatically, ensuring communication is hassle-free.

The driver will gladly assist with loading and unloading your luggage to and from the vehicle. However, please note they cannot carry your luggage inside the hotel lobby or other designated venues.

Waiting times and adjustments vary by case: • Free Waiting: If you provided a flight number, we offer up to 90 minutes of free waiting after landing. If no flight number was provided, the driver will wait for 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. • Flight Delays: With a flight number, we monitor your flight in real-time. If the delay is manageable, your driver will wait. For major delays, we will dispatch another driver at no extra cost. • Night Surcharge: If delays push your actual pickup into late-night hours (22:00–06:59), a night service fee will apply. • Overtime Fee: Beyond the free waiting period, a fee of NT$300 per 30 minutes (rounded up) applies. Please pay this overtime fee to the driver in cash. • If your flight details change, please contact Customer Support immediately.

Driver and vehicle details will be sent to your registered email by 8:00 PM (Taiwan Time) the day before your ride. You can also view this under "Manage Bookings" in the tripool App. (If booked online, simply import your booking using the order number). To avoid missing emails, we suggest downloading the App. Driver real-time location tracking is available via the App 30 minutes prior to pickup.

Yes, modifications are permitted: • Modification Deadline: For both airport transfers and hourly charters, you can make changes for free up until 6:00 AM (Taiwan Time) the day before your ride (earlier deadlines may apply during peak holidays). • How to Modify: Simply reply directly to your confirmation email or contact tripool Customer Support. • After the Deadline: Changes requested after the deadline will incur an amendment fee of at least NT$200, subject to vehicle availability. We highly recommend making changes as early as possible.

Yes, cancellations are accepted: • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made by 6:00 AM (Taiwan Time) the day before your ride (earlier deadlines may apply during peak holidays). • Refunds: Cancellations made before the deadline are free of charge and eligible for a full refund (refunded to your original payment method or issued as credit). No refunds are available after the deadline. • Force Majeure: Full refunds will be issued if cancellations are caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as natural disasters.
