Not easily.
Songshan sits inside Taipei itself, but its international flights mainly serve Tokyo Haneda, Seoul Gimpo and Shanghai Hongqiao.
Qantas and Jetstar flights from Brisbane to Tokyo land at Narita, not Haneda.
Reaching Songshan from Brisbane would therefore mean changing airports in Tokyo or Seoul, which usually costs more time than it saves.

For a 09:10 flight, that means being at Terminal 2 between about 06:10 and 07:10.

With a flight close to midnight, you get almost a full extra day in Taipei.

The first Airport MRT to Taipei Main Station leaves Terminal 2 at 05:55.
A pre-booked car can collect you before then, which suits the earlier EVA Air arrival.
What pickup time should I book for a Brisbane flight?
